Hello
I'm having difficulties assigning an SSL certificate to a user.
I think the main problem is that my user (who needs the SSL cert) is actually a reseller, created by admin.
This is my setup:
This is the error I get: "You can only add a certificate if you own the ip you are using"
Which is strange because it obviously states under IP management that the ip is in fact owned by reseller-001!
I tried assigning the IP to reseller reseller-001, but that doesn't work since it's reseller admin who created reseller-001.
I followed these steps, but not working either: http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=261
Also, when I "list users" under reseller Admin, I don't see any users even though user reseller-001 says 'created by admin'.
Any ideas?
I'm having difficulties assigning an SSL certificate to a user.
I think the main problem is that my user (who needs the SSL cert) is actually a reseller, created by admin.
This is my setup:
- The Admin user created reseller named reseller-001.
- reseller-001 has a website under user level.
- Admin, under Admin level, added a new IP and assigned it to Admin under reseller level (as prescribed by: http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=261)
- I added the IP to user reseller-001 through 'modify user'
- I log in as reseller-001 and go to user level
- I click "SSL Certificates"
This is the error I get: "You can only add a certificate if you own the ip you are using"
