Hello,

New customers that host their website at me gets a page to see “operational!” I don’t know how to fix this. Is anyone know how to fix it. They are using the correct nameservers and still having this issue. Is there a option how to fix it.

Is there virtual host for this domain? IP in dns and this virtualhost identical? Own SSL installed for domain - or just enabled and user default server SSL?

The servername is https://freedom.nl-eubox.nl and I have two IP addresses for this one.
Seems the problem is that you're not using these ip addresses for your nameservers. Because for this domain and hostname it says that hostnet.nl is providing the nameservers for that domain.
Unless you are only using hostnet for that domain.

You might have not setup your DNS correctly or something did change in your configuration. Because you say you have 2 ip addresses, but both ns1 and ns2.nl-eubox.nl point to the same ip address which is 5.253.86.18

I don't know, I can only say what I see. So if your nl-eubox.nl domain should work with the ns1 and ns2.nl-eubox.nl nameservers then you have to point to your nameservers at your registrar where you have the nl-eubox.nl domain registered.
Maybe for some reason the domain got reset to the registrars nameservers by mistake by somebody (maybe by the registrar).

But that is where it's wrong at the moment, not at DA.
If you want you can pm me, we can talk in Dutch, ik ben immers ook Nederlander.
