Hello,

I'm having some troubles setting up the email.

I try to send an email to my hotmail from my server. And I don't receive anything to my hotmail. Anyways I try to send something from my hotmail to the server and the same. I don't receive anything.

I used this command to check if I have errors and I see this:

Please can anyone help me with this?

Thanks.!!

Not much you can do if you are in their block list. You would have to contact hotmail postmaster to have the block removed or ask your hosting provider for a new clean ip address.

Well tried with other email. I see this log. But I don't receive any email in roundcube. It's anoying.

For any of us to help you, we'd need to have a shell into your server while we tested email. That would cost you money if I did it; probably others as well. Or you can check in realtime, looking for emails immediately after seing this, in the user mailbox new and cur directories. Also check SpamAssassin settings to see what it might be doing with your email, and the spam folder if applicable.

You say you don't see the email in RoundCube; are you also downloading email using any local POP3 client? If you are, then once you do, depending on settings, RoundCube won't see it any longer simply because it's been removed from your server.

Hello Jeff,

Well, I don't have spamassasin installed. Cause It's a new server.

Seems I'm in the hotmail black list.

I sent a ticket long days ago but I don't have any response..

If you've been in the hotmail blocklist since you first got your server, then try to make your upstream give you a clean IP#, since you're not responsible.

Jeff
