Where it is necessary to change a configuration that at creation of domains in /local/directadmin/data/users/***/httpd.conf and /etc/httpd/conf/ips.conf it added Port 8080 instead of Port 80?

I have already changed a pattern. At addition of the domain it is created so:

Port 80
ServerRoot /etc/httpd

<VirtualHost 77.222.33.81:8080>

ServerName www.123a.info
ServerAlias www.123a.info 123a.info
ServerAdmin [email protected]
DocumentRoot /home/admin/domains/123a.info/public_html
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/admin/domains/123a.info/public_html/cgi-bin/

UseCanonicalName OFF

User admin
Group admin
CustomLog /var/log/httpd/domains/123a.info.bytes bytes
CustomLog /var/log/httpd/domains/123a.info.log combined
ErrorLog /var/log/httpd/domains/123a.info.error.log

<Directory /home/admin/domains/123a.info/public_html>
Options +Includes -Indexes
<IfModule !mod_suphp.c>
php_admin_flag engine ON
php_admin_flag safe_mode OFF
php_admin_value sendmail_path '/usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i -f [email protected]'

</IfModule>
<IfModule mod_suphp.c>
suPHP_Engine ON
suPHP_UserGroup admin admin
</IfModule>
</Directory>

</VirtualHost>

It is necessary, that it created so:
Port 8080
ServerRoot /etc/httpd

<VirtualHost 77.222.33.81:8080>

ServerName www.123a.info
ServerAlias www.123a.info 123a.info
ServerAdmin [email protected]
DocumentRoot /home/admin/domains/123a.info/public_html
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/admin/domains/123a.info/public_html/cgi-bin/

UseCanonicalName OFF

User admin
Group admin
CustomLog /var/log/httpd/domains/123a.info.bytes bytes
CustomLog /var/log/httpd/domains/123a.info.log combined
ErrorLog /var/log/httpd/domains/123a.info.error.log

<Directory /home/admin/domains/123a.info/public_html>
Options +Includes -Indexes
<IfModule !mod_suphp.c>
php_admin_flag engine ON
php_admin_flag safe_mode OFF
php_admin_value sendmail_path '/usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i -f [email protected]'

</IfModule>
<IfModule mod_suphp.c>
suPHP_Engine ON
suPHP_UserGroup admin admin
</IfModule>
</Directory>

</VirtualHost>
How it to carry out?

As the automatic device the configuration/etc/httpd/conf/ips.conf (6 and 8 lines) varies
After addition of the user looks so:
NamedVirtualHost 77.222.33.81:80
NamedVirtualHost 77.222.33.81:443
NamedVirtualHost 77.222.34.55:80
NamedVirtualHost 77.222.34.55:443

It is necessary, that was always so:
NamedVirtualHost 77.222.33.81:8080
NamedVirtualHost 77.222.33.81:443
NamedVirtualHost 77.222.34.55:8080
NamedVirtualHost 77.222.34.55:443

How it to make? That after reboot apache the port remained 8080

If you copy the template to the custom directory and change it there, then it should stick through all reboots, updates, etc.
