And the page to which you've pointed is for Internal licenses, not for VPS licenses.

DirectAdmin responds to all emails, though perhaps they didn't respond quite as often during this past weekend. If you don't hear from them it means either they're not getting your email or you're not getting theirs. If you still haven't heard from them, then you might want to try contacting them here.

How ever, As far as I can understand, the internal licenses are for reselling and/or VPS too.

To qualify for internal pricing you must be a dedicated server provider or dedicated server reseller.

There isn't much of a difference between dedicated server provider and VPS provider as far as DA license (Server IPs...) isn't it?

Price-wise there is. A "Code 500" license is what the OP needs.
 
And consider, too, that if he needs just one VPS license, as he posted, then he doesn't qualify as a dedicated server provider or reseller.
