Jailed SSH implementation

Hello,

With the script "jail_user.sh" of page "http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=90" we can make a user have jailed SSH. Is it not possible to integrate this in the control panel? So that you can switch on and off SSH and that you can choose between jailed or not jailed SSH.
And if you switch off the jailed SSH, that he also deletes all the new created directories (something like unjail_user.sh).

Also it would be nice if you could hide the "system" folders in the filemanager of the control panel. So that you do not see "/etc", "/bin", ... folders in filemanager.

Kind regards
Maarten

You don't see those unless you have enabled a jailed ssh user. And in that case they are not the "system" folders but folders that apply to only that user.

One of the problems with jailed ssh is the jailed user still must have access to /etc, /bin, etc., so the system has to create a set just for the jailed user.

Yes, I know this that these directories are necessary for jailed SSH. But it would be nice if you somewhere (user panel and/or reseller panel) could say "hide jailed system folders". And then he hide these folders in the filemanager.

Hide them in the file manager makes a bit of sense ;) . I thought you meant to hide them in the ftp/shell, which of course is impossible, as to hide them you'd have to rename them (this is 'nix, not MSDOS afterall ;) ) and then they wouldn't work.

Don't know how easy it would be, though.
