JetBackup conversion: "Unable to find cPanel user configuration"

Hi, I'm trying to import a cPanel Jetbackup into DA, I followed the guide in other threads but always get this message:

[root@localhost custombuild]# jetbackup=yes /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/cpanel_to_da/cpanel_to_da.sh /home/admin/user_backups/backup-maltheme.tar.gz /home/admin/converted_user_backup

It supports jetbackup format as well, but it needs to be converted using command-line:
