kernel: Neighbour table overflow

Since yesterday I get this in my logs: (did a reboot a few hours before because of clamav which caused problems)

Anyone an idea what causes this?

Tried one already which did not help: http://linuxnlenux.wordpress.com/2013/08/11/neighbour-table-overflow/
Will double the value to see if this resolves the problem.
