language for the DirectAdmin

hello
i translated my panel to arabic language
i used this guide:

just text without images
now i can not see the text ! because i need to do this:

Regarding the character set, if you wish to convert to UTF-8, do the above guide to create your own language pack, edit the lf_standard.html.
Find the code:

LANG_ENCODING=iso-8859-1

and replace it with

LANG_ENCODING=UTF-8

where is the file :lf_standard.html???

ok i found it in path:
/usr/local/directadmin/data/skins/enhanced/lang/ar/lang/en
i do

but i still can not see text!! look pls to photo attachment

ok fix!
now i can see text in new language! but can not see images
