As a user, once a cronjob has been entered, it's not possible to edit it and it's a bit of a hassle to delete the old one and recreate a modified one.
Let us edit cronjobs from the cp

Yes, please add some things for cron-jops.
Like webmin.
some things maby:
You can enable and disable cronjops
You can add, delete and edit cronjops
You can see who owns the cronjop
You can run the cronjop 1 time from panel and see if it's reports an error.
And maby some information Add-in for the users, wher they can find ther PHP and CGI pad, they always mail me about it.
Some information page or something like that, what the some padd's are
like:

php
cgi
etc.
....
