Solved Let's Encrypt 2.0.25 error

After the latest update of Let's Encrypt 2.0.25 I received errors with the renewal of certificates:

grep: /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/admin/domains/*DOMAIN*.conf: No such file or directory
/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/letsencrypt.sh: line 574: [: =: unary operator expected

The domain with the error is a subdomain, the rest of the certificate entries reported no errors. At the end the certificate is eventually renewed (with the subdomain), but I have never seen this error and I have all alerts for Let's Encrypt turned on.
