Let's Encrypt SSL Root CA expire problem

Hi anyone, I hear that the current root CA of Let's Encrypt has been expired, our websites using this SSL tool (in DirectAdmin) are affected too. Generating new certificate is not resolve the issues.
Does anyone have any solution to fix this?
