letsencrypt "auto ssl" in control panel?

hi

i've just moved my server and therefore backed up and restored. i notice that under "ssl management" in Directadmin control panel it has 3 columns and one column says "auto ssl No". does this mean that the certificates won't be updated automatically?

i've never had an issue with renewal before but never looked at this page before so was concerned that something had happened during server restore and a setting had changed. does anyone know if "auto ssl" refers to automatically renewing certificates and if so how i enable it?

No, it means autossl is not enabled.

If a certificate is present which is made manually it will just renew automatically as has been before.

AutoSSL is not the same as Autorenew.
AutoSSL can be used if you create new accounts that automatically SSL certificates will be created for them so you don't have to do it manually anymore.
