letsencrypt error 403 Forbidden

when choosing an automatic ssl, I get the following error.
How to solve this??

Thanks, I did take a look at that threat, but the errors described are different.
at least I think my error (output) is "403 forbidden"
i just need a SSL certificate. Don't mind how, for now I even can create a one time certificate, because all my websites aren't available now.
