X.X.X.X - this is the main IP of the dedicated server.

In the previous versions of LetsEncrypt, there was a "E-mail" field to fill with the e-mail adress, now we have only something like that:

I can't put email manually.

“Server’s Hostname” in the Direct Admin Administrator Settings is set for: ns00000000.eu
"Static hostname" is also set for ns00000000.eu

Can someone help me solve the problem?

Thanks in advance,
Milospl

Check your admin email address if its valid, if not maybe your DNS propagate is not complete yet

@Active8 thanks a lot!

I didn't thought about that -but it was so obvious. I thought the admin email was generated from the hostname. I changed the admin email and everything works.

I asked the same question on the letsencrypt.org help forum, but was ignored a bit, only got partial information that it was a "valid IP address" problem.
