License Activation & Mistakes

Hello,

Why we do not have chance to reissue our license or why our licences will not active when we made payment?

I made mistake when i am ordering. I cannot buy another license and i am waiting the staff for fixing it.

Staff must find a way to activate licenses automatically.
 
My first mail answered in 3 minutes but now i am still waiting. It has been, 2.45 hours. It is very long time in our business.
