License activation

Hi,

Has anyone else been having trouble getting in touch with DA developers lately? I've got a license that was paid for about 5 days ago, but it's still inactive. Emailed support@ and sales@ and don't have a reply after several days either. In my opinion, the licensing system should be changed to allow for automated activation upon payment - I can't see any harm in that.

Thanks, but I've succesfully contacted them countless times in the past and always got a response within 12 hours. The slowest response I got from them was around 24hrs, but right now it's been many days. Will try the form anyway, though.
