We need update IP on license since yesterday so we emailed them...about 20 hours waiting so far i guess....Are they working today?

If you haven't heard from them yet it's possible for some reason you're blocking their email or they're blocking yours.
Check your maillogs to see that yo're not blocking their email or moving it to some kind of spam folder.
