License and/or Directadmin error

Hi,

I've renewed my license via SSH manully. Went fine.
Than I've updated everything via Custombuild. Went fine.
Now, I can't use Directadmin, I'm getting following error:

Via SSH:
/usr/local/directadmin/directadmin: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

and via mail:
/usr/local/directadmin/dataskq: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I've CentOS release 5.11 (Final) x86_64.
I sent several e-mails to OVH and Directadmin support, nothing get yet.
Please help!

You probably have the wrong OS set in your license, check here if it is set to "CentOS 5 64-bit" and change it if necessary.

I've purchased via OVH Hosting therefore I've no any login details to check it. How may I change it? Directadmin support doesn't answer ffs.

DA doesnt reply cause probably you're not the real owner of the license, you need to ask OVH to fix this issue about your license.

I'm the real owner, I sent proof with the reply.

As SeLLeRoNe already said, if you don't have any login details it means OVH is the actual owner of the license and they will have to fix it for you.
