Right now, every time we need an IP changed or a OS change for our licenses, we need to contact DirectAdmin support to do this for us. It would be awesome if we were able to do this ourselves. That way around DirectAdmin support doesn't have to waste their time on minor stuff like that and we as admins don't have to waste time waiting for DirectAdmin support...

Please contact DirectAdmin sales about that. If you use http://www.directadmin.com/internal.html (internal licenses), they may provide you ability to change the IP/OS of your licenses.
We do use internal licenses. Thanks, I'll contact them about it.
