License check failure after reinstall server.

After reinstalling my server same IP i have this error

License check failure See the Debug Guide

Reason: request failed: Post "https://licensing.directadmin.com/start": dial tcp: lookup licensing.directadmin.com on [::1]:53: read udp [::1]:52370->[::1]:53: read: connection refused

I have already try everything from the debug guide. DA service is up and running.

How can i solve this and get acces to DA via ip:2222
 
I have solved this problem myself. Just reinstallation and set in the client area the auto ip lock to yes.
