License check failure!

hey guys. It's been a few days since my Direct Admin permanent license has expired and it can't be fixed in any way. When I asked the seller, he said: Direct Admin has closed all IP licenses in Iran and he does not answer us at all. I wanted to know if it is really so.
It is my server https://ns5.aadak.com:2222 and I can't do anything. pls help me . thnaks

hi @julio, DA should work fine in Iran, we have not made any changes from our side to prevent that. However for DA to work your server needs to be able to establish a secure TLS connection to the https://licensing.directadmin.com for license validation.

You can quickly check if you can reach it with a command curl https://licensing.directadmin.com/. It should execute without errors and return an HTML page. If you can load this with curl but DirectAdmin still fails please open a ticket and we will investigate this further. If the curl command fails it might mean your connection is being hijacked either by your DC or your ISP or ISP of DC, etc...

سلام نه مشکلی نیست موقتی به دلیل اختلال اینترنت داخلی سرورها نتونستن با دایرکت ادمین ارتباط برقرار کنن الان باید درست شده باشه. مال منم همین مشکل داشت اکی شد چیزی نیست

hi @fln . thank you for your guide. It seems block tls port and ISP says YES and they don't know when it will open this port. is there another way for this problem? i don't know what to do. this message appear in root

It is possible to work around it but even if you make licensing to work correctly there will be much bigger issues with TLS blocking. Any DA upgrade will fail, any software install with CustomBuild or using system packages will fail. Any outbound communications from your server will most likely fail as almost all services now uses TLS. Depending on the TLS filtering all the websites on your server might not be reachable over TLS if inbound connections are blocked as well.

I would really recommend investigating the root cause for TLS block with your ISP. Or at least the scope of the block - does it affect only outgoing connections, does it depend on the destination IP address etc.

I don't think my license has been revoked. anyway, I did not buy a license directly from DA and I have had a license for 6 years and I had no problems until now. this site not appear in my browser https://licensing.directadmin.com and problem is by Iran government's because of the people's revolution. ISP says we can't do anything you must wait!! how much? it is not clear
