I am getting this error: http://82.180.139.16:2222/
"license check failure
Reason: transient license check failure: incompatible version, please upgrade DirectAdmin"

but I don't understand anything about DirectAdmin's terminal and the server (Hstinger) doesn't support VPS plans!

How can I access the terminal and get this issue fixed?

Your VPS provider should have giving you a root password when you ordered the VPS.
With this you can access your server via SSH with a program like for example Putty.
However, if you don't understand anything about DA's terminal or console use as root, you might want to hire somebody to fix things for you.

Depending on your license, you also might be entitled to ticket support, and then they can fix it for you too.
