Solved License error

Hi,

I'm not sure that it's the right place for posting this thread, sorry if it's not,
I just tried to install directadmin with the new installation sctipt,

Despite using the right license key on the right server (machine ip match the license one),
I got this error at the very first steps of installation process:

You are not authorized to download the license with that information.
---------------------------------

I use the recommended command to start the installation:

---------------------------------
wget -O setup.sh directadmin.com/setup.sh
chmod 755 setup.sh
./setup.sh XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
---------------------------------

any help would be appreciated,

Hello,

It looks like you ordered a license that isn't a real product... I am not sure why it was visible to you -- it is for our own internal testing and development only. This is certainly our own fault and we will make arrangements to honor the price for it, but maybe this is also the reason why the key is not working.

As an experiment, I changed the product type, and reset the key. Can you please try again, just to see if it works? If it still fails, then it means the problem is something else, and not the license.

as I checked the license, seems that you have changed it to "monthly vps", as it's a dedicated server that i'm going to install the DA on it, doent it make any problem?
is it possible for you to change it to " Internal Bulk Monthly" ?

Could you try the new key now, and see if it works? This is the most important thing.

thanks it seems that the licensing issue is resolved now,
but it installation process seems to short and I'm really confused,
none of the services have been installed but the directadmin itself is accessible using this URL: http://x.x.x.x:2222/

can you please help :(
 
Please pay close attention to what it says at the end of the installer. We now compile things in the background. You will get a message in DA when the install is fully done.

This is so you don't have to sit there and watch a long time of compiling. Now, install is maybe 1 minute. :) :)

you're right the installation is doing in background apparently,
i've another 3 licenses with the same issue:

253459
253460
253461

would you please fix them as well?

I also paid alittle more for each license, it is possible to add the overpayment to my account credit :D
 
Hello,

I have converted these licenses to Internal Bulk Monthly for you, but I left the date the same (3 months of time) so you did not overpay actually, it is much cheaper than the rate you were supposed to have :)

Now that the other 3 licenses have been adjusted, you shouldn't have any key problems with them either

Unfortunately again i encountered license issues for following licenses:

they have not been auto-renewed and expired, would you please make sure that you have changed them to monthly terms?

would you please help me on that ?
