"License has expired " message on a valid licence on Directadmin 1.63.6

Hello

We had to put shared hosting servers offline 4 hours last night for network maintainance.
Now we have the following message on one of our shared hosting nodes :

"License has expired
See the Debug Guide Current Server Time: Thu Feb 24 09:10:18 2022 "

This is a valid licence, when I check in the client area of directadmin I have the following details :

Start - Oct 31 2018
Expiry - Jan 18 2038
Updates Until -Jan 18 2038
Last License Download - Jan 18 2022

This is not the first time we have machines with a valid licence getting the "Licence expired" error since DA started the new licencing systems.
We are using DA since nearly 15 years now and never had this until recently (this is the third time).

Are we the only one having issues with licences in the last 6 months ?

We have "renewed" the licence but in the client interface it still show "semi recent update" for this node.

Does anybody knows how and when are the licences renewed ?
Is it trying to renew the licences 15/ 10 / 5 / 2 days before expiration or only on the expiration date ?

Is there an email sent to the owner of the licence when they are about to expire / when there is a renewal issue or is it just suspended without notice sent to anyone ?

Is this because we have mostly old "legacy-one-time" licences that we have more of these issues or are the rented licence also affected with such issues ?
 

Maybe this? All your server need to be up to date.

You might check the OS is still supported

also you might see if you are using a 3rd part mirror.

no mostly older Clients and folks with old OS'

I have the same problem.

My License is valid from https://license.directadmin.com

I'm using Centos 7 64 bit with the lastest DA version 1.63.7

Once a day, the DA login say

"License has expired
See the Debug Guide Current Server Time: x.x.x.x..x"

And another problem, dataskq process eat too much CPU, usually 200% CPU. I have followed the instructions from: https://docs.directadmin.com/direct...processor.html#the-dataskq-is-causing-100-cpu

But nothing better. I think there is a big change in DA system server.

Please tell me what can i do?
