License has expired

I buy license 1 year, why it has expired.
My Expiry: Feb 15 2023
I run /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/getLicense.sh auto
then service directadmin restart
But it does not change.

I create a ticket, but This license does not qualify for DirectAdmin Support.
Please help me
