Anyone encountering this error during DA install? Bought a VPS from Layerstack and tried installing on both centos and ubuntu, same error.

Reason: transient license check failure: license is CPU architecture restricted and 'arm64' is not allowed
 
Arm64 only support in Propack. How do you get your License ?.
 
I bought my license from DA and have it still in my DA client area

You can't, your license will flag as Legacy License. There have many conversation about this in the past.
 
better to keed your lifetime license for another server where you don't need extended features and there use regular monthly license.
 
When viewing the license in your account, you should see a green upgrade button that allows you to upgrade the license at a discount. This is the best way to get what you need and save money too.

Also, datacenter products must be bundled with a server lease so you really should be using a retail license if the license you mentioned isn't being bundled together with a server you are renting to a customer.
