Hi,

I installed Directadmin, but when I tried to add one domain name, DA won't allowed me to add it.
It said: "License is limited to 1 accounts, and you currently have 1"

With my personal plan, DA shows that I can add up to domains, but I can't even add one. Why not!?

Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you.

According to the error you are trying to add an account, not a domain under the admin account.

Like floyd sayd.

So to do it correctly. Go to the admin account, choose for "user level" and add the domain there, it should work without issues.

Ahh yes, of course! Thank you both Floyd and Richard. I was doing it from the wrong access level. It worked as you've stated. :)

How do i do this as an import? I want to move five domains from a CPANEL server to DA. Its keeps erroring that I want to add an account.

That's a totally other kind of question. Please create a new topic with your question. There are also more topics about importing cpanel to DA.
Have a look here:

Okay. I'd thought this problem was resolved. When I tried to add more domains, it won't let me do it.
What can I do to resolve this? Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions.
