License Limits Exceed - 2 of 1 admin/reseller accounts currently exist

Hi ,

Today im facing this error when want to create DB for domain.. currently im using personal license which is got 1 admin user , 1 reseller and domain is park under reseller account.. anyone please advice.. Thank you

that license type only 1User with only "admin" user
You can't create any user, reseller account

You should move domain from reseller to admin
and remove that reseller user

Do you know how to move the domain from reseller to admin .. should no any downtime for domain right because some of them already live.. thank again

I don't have idea

because the script does not move databases, you need create db and update config after move

alright , thanks. By the way , lucky me my boss want to upgrade the license instead of move the user/domain. now finding the way to upgrade the license from personal to lite.
