I purchased a DirectAdmin lifetime license back in 2005. I've been trying to email the DirectAdmin team, but I haven't received any responses. I have a valid license and client ID, but I'm unsure how to access my portal to reinstall DirectAdmin.
 
What kind of lifetime license did you buy? Internal lifetime or vps lifetime? Login to your Directadmin account and have a look.
They are very busy, best is to send an email to the sales email address of DA.
 
just use forgot password feature, you will know all information 😁
 
if you can't receipt any mail on forgot password, then it not your account :D

please use first email that assign to your account.

that's why you shouldn't bought the license from 3rd party.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. I have multiple lifetime licenses that I purchased back in 2005. Everything has been resolved with DA support, and I have access to my account. Thanks for nothing, @Ohm J
