License Problem

I have contacted you trough mail but still I not receive response I post the message here:

when I try to insert the license into direct admin with this command:

/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/getLicense.sh SSSSS LICENSE_NUMBER XX.121.XXX.227

it not work.

Can u help me please?

You haven't contacted me; you may have written DirectAdmin staff, but this is a self-help forum.

However, the answer is simple:

You're calling the getLicense.sh script improperly.

The proper way to call the script is:

/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/getLicense.sh <UID> <LID>

where <UID> is replaced by your user identification (login name) and the <LID> is replaced by the license already purchased through your UID login.

I'm customer of OVH.

If you're not a direct customer of DirectAdmin, then you need to contact your hosting company for help.
