Recently a leased a dedicated server from a new provider I've been wanting to test out. I asked them install DirectAdmin. While DirectAdmin has been fine, I think I need support from DirectAdmin vs the provider. No dig on the provider but I get the feeling they will just start a ticket with DirectAdmin with my questions and act as a middle man.
Since I purchased it through a the provider I don't think I can gain access to DirectAdmin's ticketing system. Can I just purchase a license from DirectAdmin to gain access to DirectAdmin support?
