Licensing issue - transient license check failure

We're getting a licensing error on our server.

We get the license from our datacenter so we don't have a direct licensing portal login with DirectAdmin. But apparently our datacenter doesn't know how to fix it. Is there anyway we can PM someone at DirectAdmin to look into this?

The errors we are getting in the system logs are:

license check failure error=transient license check failure: too many requests, try again later
license check failure error=transient license check failure: license is expired
 
 
Yea, none of that applies.

I can't open a support ticket with DirectAdmin because I did not purchase the license. The license is from my datacenter. But the datacenter is a little obtuse when it comes to this.
 
Regular forum users (me as well) can not help you with DirectAdmin licenses. The threads from my earlier reply explain on why the error occurs and what are general steps to solve it. For this you might go into detailed reading of posts of the threads.
