Limit IMAP Access

I would like to allow IMAP for all users using 127.0.0.1 so webmail works but restrict it to a certain list of email addresses not using webmail. This is to prevent any new users from starting to use IMAP since it seems to be a high system load.

Any idea how to do this with Dovecot?

Well I found this:

Just not sure how to make it deny IMAP to a list of email addresses unless they come from localhost.
