Limit SSH password prompts

I'm attempting to set the SSH login prompts for the password to 1. Currently it prompts 6 times before giving up. I tried each of these,
NumberOfPasswordPrompts 1
ConnectionAttempts 1
and restarted sshd with each, but it didn't affect the login behavior.

You also should install /usr/ports/security/openssh-portable with overwrite base enabled.
