Limit to change ip ?

Hi I have several licenses "Owned License" Today I had to change the ip for one license and I see the limit of 1/5. What is this ?

This is already for some time, mostly intended to prevent abuse of licenses.
It means you can change license a license ip 5 times a year, which should be more then enough.

If you need to change it a 6th time within a year, you have to contact support to change it for you.
