Some ideas I just thought off...
How about incorporating the Knowledgebase better into DA by giving it a (semi) permanent link inside DA with a dedicated button?
Maybe only show the button when a user is logged in as an Admin or Reseller.
As I don't use the knowledgebase that often (because it's "hidden" perhaps?), I'm always having to look for the link to it by going through the mainsite (where it's also only shown under the Supportpage).
Also, imo, the forum should perhaps be easily reached from any DA-installation with a dedicated Forum-button.
On the same line I wouldn't mind seeing a link on the header of this forum linking to the knowledge base and helperpages.
In short, a more streamlined way of incorporating the various DA-sites, DA-controlpanel and DA-forum would be nice.
