List Users Error

I got a problem, that is strange, never happen...

I have all users list completely ok except on a user that i see him username but the rest of the line is empty, no bandwith no disk space domain and whatelse...

how can i solve?

1)Hmm, backup that user. Recreate that user and install the backup on that user.

Then wait for DA to calculate it. (its run every 24 normally)

this is the only way? i dont wanna make downtime to that user, ive tried fix_user script but doesnt work.. there are other way without downtime?
