Hello,
Yes, you can change the port in the directadmin.conf.
You can also tell DA which single IP you want DA to bind to:
http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=301
Note that setting an IP there will also prevent DA from listening on 127.0.0.1, so if you use any APIs you'll have to update their settings to connect to the IP you specify, and not localhost (127.0.0.1).
