I have added new users via the Reseller Level's "add new user" link before and when I tried to add one today, I get the following error in
/var/log/messages:

Code:
Apr 25 02:12:01 server named[20183]: loading configuration from '/etc/named.conf'
Apr 25 02:12:01 server named[20183]: zone example.com/IN: loading master file /var/named/example.com.db: file not found

Of course the actual domain name is NOT example.com.

I updated Directadmin to the latest version and tried again, and failed again.

I must admit that it has been a while since I last added a user/domain, so I must be forgetting something.

I logged into my web server and noticed that the new zone file is being created in

Code:
/var/named/

and all the EXISTING (older) domains are linked to their respective files inside:

Code:
/var/named/chroot/var/named/

I made a link for this new zone file and seem to have fixed this problem, for now.

Can anyone tell me what I need to fix, install, or upgrade, for DirectAdmin to work like it should in this situation?

I believe there are a bunch of threads in these forums concerning problems with chrooted bind. And DirectAdmin has published in their Knowledge Base some information on how to fix it; look here.
