localtime on ftp

Hello,

My config:
Code: 
Apache 2.2.9
DirectAdmin 1.32.3
Exim 4.67
MySQL 5.0.67
Named 9.3.4
ProFTPd 1.3.1
sshd 
dovecot 1.1.3

When I upload a file using ftp, the time on file is completly wrong.
I've done a ntp update... successfuly...
So, I'm sure the localtime machine is right.

It's only ftp issue.

Any idea ?
 
Thank you for your answer but that thread is not helping me...
I've not a GTM problem.
My proftpd has another date too... not just time.
I'm lost.
 
Well then you need to give us ALL the details if you want help or else we could keep posting back and forth for a very long time.

What is the time/date on the server when you upload a file and what is the time/date of the file after you have uploaded it?

How are you determining the time/date for each?
