login for DA on my mainsite?

hey everybody,
i've two questions..
1) I want to make a login on my mainsite, where people can login at they're DA panel. Can somewone help me with that..?

And:
2) Works DA with a SQL database?


(maybe) Usefull info: The server works with a shared ip address. /

I want to make a form(for my new clients), where when they have submitted the form, automatticly makes a new account for DA.. so the new user can by directly online..
