You will probably need to remove it manually by removing the file: - /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/<ADMIN_NAME>/login_keys/rootauth/key.conf if you don't like it. There only one rootauth key can exist at a time per user. So I would rather not worry about it, unless you suspect it to be an evidence of a hack attack.
