Why is this big difference when i try to log in from chrome or firefox ? and how can be fixed ?

The only difference I see is the font size, so that depends on the browser you choose.
If you want a bigger font in chrome:

You can change the size of text, images, and videos for one web page or for all web pages. Set default Page Zoom for a specific site Use the zoom options to mak

and scroll down to the page and font size setting, adjust the font size.

Is not a font problem, i have no problem at my cpanel servers with login page when i enter firefox or chrome are the same, but at directadmin login page are not.

Don't compare apples and pears.
cPanel uses another kind of theme than DA does. If you use enhanced skin, the DA login is exactly the same in Chrome and Firefox, just like with CP.

Having that said.... Can this even be fixed? Because then you would need different CSS entry's (I guess) to have Chrome display it with bigger font.
You also tried Edge? I wonder if that is also displaying differently.
Bunch of extra work.

Browser should be more compatible with each other according to CSS.... every time extra work because browser differences.

Only sizes is different here. And customers don't care. But I understand where you're coming from.
Probably some few extra css rules right?
