Longer default admin database password

When installing DirectAdmin, the default database password for da_admin is only 8 characters. Please make the default password have minimum 12 characters or more.

I've bumped up the default da_admin password length in the setup.sh to 12 characters.
I've also changed the default Admin account to 10 characters.
