Looking at outgoing mail

The screen showing the email accounts in a user account shows how many outgoing mails have been sent by each user. (Like 8outgoing messages have been sent out of 100 a day allowed.) How far back does that go and can it be set to look back additional days? Thanks.

E-mail usage shows emails sent during the current month only. So, it is limited to maximum 31 days.
