Looking for custom php.ini file?

It's been a while since I've needed to change anything in my DirectAdmin installation. I wanted to know if there is a way that I can put php.ini in the directory to load as an override.

How can I go about this?

Isn't php.ini available for editing here http://your.server-with.da:2222/CMD_ADMIN_FILE_EDITOR ?

It's possible to do with PHP-CGI (suPHP) only
