Lost password users don't receive messages

I have new server with release DA 1.657 and I have several problems.
1. When I want add package in "Manage User Packages" i receive information "Error with system Quotas xfs_quota: Function not implemented"
2. Second problem is when user want reset password or me as admin want to suspand this user that user don't receive information to his account e-mailbox.
3. When user reset password and finally he is delivered to page ../evo/login/lost-password doesn't apear "If the username entered is correct, you will receive a confirmation email shortly." This field is empty. Idon't know maybe problem is with release DA because in another server when I have release DA 1.655 this information does apear.
 
Well... I never worked with xfs quota's, seems you have a VPS?

Due to lack of time I'll try a bit quickly.
1.) Quota problem, seems your quota's are not enabled.

2.) Could be anything, check your exim logs, visit https://mail-tester.com and do a test, see what might be wrong.

3.) I don't know, maybe it's a 1.657 issue but that can be looked at later or you can post issue 3 in the 1.657 release thread.
 
1. My new server is in cloud cluster. What happend when I use xfs=0 in directadmin.conf ?
2. Score 8.2/10 in mail tester but is exim logs doesn't show any information about user whom want to recovery password. By the way when I create new user, user receive welcome e-mail.

maybe you forgot to reboot server to make full change of your system quotas.

In now days, DA have fully automate support quotas system. XFS is special case, it need to reboot once a time.
 
I have rebooted server several time after I make new server so what should I do now because I don't know that quotas system work or now.
 
I will try this solution but I still have problem with e-mail about lost-password, suspend users because users don't receive e-mails and exim logs doesn't show any information and I don't know where looking for th problem. I found information that welcome message to user is sending from e-mail diradmin@ hostname

That is too low. So there is room for improvement. Normally it's 10/10 but you should at least have 9/10 or more.
So you should fix the things causeing the 1.8 less score now.

As for XFS I can't help you further, maybe @jamgames2 can or you are always free to send in a ticket, if I'm not mistaken they offer free installation support for new installations.

I have one more think, why when I suspend user, I don’t see copy information in admin message in DA? maybe is disable some feature make this problem.

The result shows you what is causing it, so that is how you can improve. However, I don't have my crystal ball with me at this moment, so I can't see what it says, hence can't advise you on how to proceed to improve it.
 
After restart server and exim. Users receive e-mail from admin however users still don't receive email with new password when click lost-password in login page but probably an issue with is release DA 1.657

That could be the case, we don't use that option so I didn't test it for you. In that case you might need to wait until the dev answers in the release thread. I'm sure he will as I know he is following these threads closely. Or you can always send in a ticket for it.
 
I think problem with feature "lost-password" is not about release DA because when I changed skin from evolution to enhanced "lost-password" in login-page works. In /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin I see file lost_password_request.txt and email was delivered to user mailbox.
 
That's good to here. In that case it might be a bug in the Evo skin, which might also be by DA release but could also be something else, maybe a translation issue if you use another language. In that case it's best to check if it's working in English.
If not then it looks like it could be an Evo problem indeed.

My first idea was exactly the same like yours that. Probably translate is not correct however I set english language as default but an issue still exist.
