Lots of duplicated e-mail from hotmail addresses

Hello,

I receive a lots of e-mail from the same hotmail addresses,
the body, subject and (sent) date are the same...
I use DA Spam filter to stop these e-mail, but, in the next days
i receive a lot of e-mails from another hotmail address...
I've 12 hotmail e-mail addresses in filter spam right now!
ANY IDEA ?!??
