Low disk space threshold?

I've been getting emails from DA saying that my /usr disk is low. When I click on the link, it says there is 85% used. This has not changed.

How can I change the threshold that the system will send it at 90%?

At main page "Administrator settings" - "Warn Admin's at % partition usage"
